Entrance mats delivery time

All entrance mats are uniquely created per order. This way we can offer so many different materials, designs and sizes. The design mats with vinyl edges are ready to be shipped within 10 weeks. We have a delivery time of 2-3 weeks for the custom entrance mats. A track & trace will be sent on the day of shipment!

If you order a design doormat and a custom entrance mat at the same time, we will process the orders at the same time and a delivery time of 2-3 weeks can be maintained. We always strive to deliver faster than promised. If the delivery time takes longer than 3 weeks, please contact us at contact@lxmatten.com, so that the status can be checked.

Customs charges that may occur during international shipments outside the European Union are the responsibility of

Returning entrance mats

The possibility of return does not apply to custom-made products as described in section 2. All our entrance mats are made especially for your order. All design cleaning and drying mats with vinyl edges are white in the factory and are created per order in our factory!

The entrance mats are cut to size as desired. By processing each entrance mat uniquely per order, we can offer a very wide range of designs, colours and sizes.

A damaged or defective item? If the entrance mat is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect upon delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@lxmatten.com with a photo. After internal consultation, we will process the order as a return for manufacturing defects and reimburse the shipping costs.

Guarantees LX MATS

LX MATTEN guarantees that the entrance mats meet the usual requirements and standards that can be set at the time of delivery. Complaints about production errors are of course dealt with immediately and we strive to provide the best possible service with a smile. We advise our customers to check their purchase upon receipt. If something is not right, please send an e-mail to contact@lxmatten.com to explain what the problem is.

Unfortunately, our warranty does not apply if the product is used incorrectly or if a defect arises due to circumstances beyond the control of LX MATTEN:
1. If it is not possible to repair the entrance mat, we will deliver a new doormat or refund your money.

2. We are not liable for compensation exceeding the purchase. The bottom of the entrance mat consists of safe plasticizers with an anti-slip layer, but we do not offer any guarantees on this. We are also not liable if the doormat is placed on a damp (natural stone) subfloor.

Please note that the warranty given will lapse if the product shows a defect caused by improper use; if you or others have made (attempted to make) changes, it has been used in a way for which the article is not intended or already shows signs of use. Read the maintenance advice carefully.

Important to remember that a doormat is a utensil that absorbs dirt and moisture, we do not offer a guarantee on discoloration due to dirt and moisture absorption. An entrance mat is there to keep the house clean!

Because the rugs are uniquely created per order, the delivery time is a maximum of 4-6 weeks. We strive to accelerate the delivery time in the coming period. As soon as your order is ready, you will be contacted for a delivery appointment. We offer the best possible service and guarantee of a safe delivery.

Returning rugs

Returns are not possible, as each rug is specially created per request. The possibility of returns does not apply to custom-made products as described in section 2. Custom-made or in fixed dimensions; all rugs are uniquely processed. By producing each rug per order, we can offer a very wide range of designs, colours and dimensions.

LX MATTEN guarantees that the rugs meet the usual requirements and standards that can be set at the time of delivery. Complaints about production errors are of course taken seriously immediately and we strive to provide the best possible service with a smile. We advise our customers to check their purchase upon receipt. If something is not right, send an e-mail to contact@lxmatten.com to explain what the problem is.

Unfortunately, our warranty does not apply if the product is used incorrectly or if a defect arises due to circumstances beyond the control of LX MATTEN:
1. If a manufacturing defect is detected upon receipt, we will deliver a new rug or refund your money.

2. We are not liable for compensation that exceeds the purchase. The bottom of the entrance mat consists of felt without a special anti-slip layer. We offer no guarantees on shifting and the possible consequences thereof. We are also not liable for external circumstances that may affect the quality.

Please note that the warranty given will lapse if the product shows a defect caused by improper use; if you or others have made (attempted to make) changes, it has been used in a way for which the article is not intended or already shows signs of use. Read the maintenance advice carefully.

Important that the color of the image and illustration can always differ slightly from the actual product. Our rugs are richly tufted and the design changes shape as the fiber changes direction and the color also changes with the incidence of light.

Samples & Underlays

Delivery time Samples

We have a delivery time of 5 working days. If the sample has not been delivered by POST NL within 10 working days, please send a message to contact@lxmatten.com.

Samples can be ordered under 'Samples' at the top of the webshop. The samples show the colour and the luxurious material of our entrance mats and rugs, but also give a foretaste of the aesthetic quality. Please note that the incidence of light determines the colour and the material changes colour per angle.

Since we sometimes cut the design samples by hand in the office, it is possible that these samples are not completely straight or that the edges fray a little more. For more inspiration, you can visit our showroom in Amsterdam or view our 'highlights' on Instagram.

Returns

Unfortunately, samples cannot be returned, because they are specially processed to order! We do not charge shipping costs for the LX samples and we invest a lot of time in this service. You are also always welcome in our showroom at Gerard Doustraat 132 in Amsterdam to view our offer.
